About the jukebox
This jukebox plays live concert recordings from the Internet Archive’s Live Music Archive, one of the largest collections of live music anywhere.
Where the music comes from
Since the 1990s, fans have recorded shows from the audience or the soundboard and shared them with bands that allow taping. The Live Music Archive, also known as etree, hosts those recordings for free with the artists’ permission. It now holds shows from more than 9,300 bands.
Every song you hear streams directly from archive.org. We don’t copy, host or sell any recordings.

When a night has several tapes
Popular shows are often recorded by several tapers. The jukebox lists each night once and plays the most-downloaded recording. If that tape has no streamable files, it tries the others. You can see every version on the show’s archive.org page.
Support the archive
The Internet Archive is a nonprofit. If you enjoy these shows, consider donating to them, and go see the bands live.
